Booking Rules & Cancellation policies
48 hour notice required:

Clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice are subject to a 50% cancellation fee, if the time slot cannot be rebooked.

Failure to show up for an appointment without any prior notice will result in a 100% no-show fee.

An up-to-date credit or debit card must be kept on file to secure all appointments and enforce cancellation/no-show fees.

All appointments must be booked under the actual name of the person receiving the service. This is required due to the digital intake and record system.

Appointments may be moved slightly to help reduce scheduling gaps. Clients will be notified in advance if any adjustments are needed.

Therapeutic/Medical Massage
A customized massage that caters to your personal needs. During a brief detailed consultation your therapist will discuss your areas of concern and develop a plan of action using their intuitive skill set and knowledgeable background in several different modalities. Including but not limited to Cupping, Orthopedic/Sports, Medical, Cryo therapy, Myofascial Release and more! If you have acute/chronic issues, scar tissue build up, injury related pain, pre/post operative pain or restricted range of motion, then this is definitely the massage for you! If there is a specific modality you wish to receive or not receive, please specify when booking or at the time of your appointment. This is a focal massage based on your current needs, not a full body massage. If you are looking for a full body massage please inform your therapist at the time of your appointment.

Whether you need instant relief or ongoing work for chronic issues. Migraine Focus is focal massage of the neck & shoulders that uses a mix of Trigger Point Therapy & tool integration to release your tension & ease your head. We will also incorporate the simultaneous use of hot/cold therapies while immersing your senses in a special blend of doTERRA CPTG® oils designed to relax the mind and melt your headache away.

Using Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade CPTG® essential oils. This technique is designed to affect your sympathetic/parasympathetic nervous system to relax, support & cleanse the body! That's therapy on a cellular level! We will use oils for stress management, immune support, inflammatory response and homeostasis. Oils such as lavender, tea tree, On guard (warming blend), wild orange and more!
