Rules and Regulations For Memberships & Series Packages

To ensure the best experience for all our clients, please review the following terms before purchasing a Massage Membership or Series Package:

  •                                      Membership credits are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual member.

  •                                        Please note only the member may book appointments using their membership credits.

  •                             Active members may purchase additional sessions at their membership rate, but these sessions are for the member's personal use only — not for others.

  •                                        You may cancel your membership at any time. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.

  •                                       Any unused credits accrued during your active membership remain valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Membership massages may not be gifted, transferred, or shared with others.

Massage Memberships

Series Packages

  •                            Series package credits may be gifted to friends or family.

  •                                         Clients may not directly book online or through our booking platform for others.

    • To schedule a gifted session for someone else, please contact us directly.

    • The appointment will be created under the recipient’s name, and all appointment communications will be sent to their contact information on file.

  •                                       All sessions in a series package are valid for 24 months (2 years) from the date of purchase. (After 2 years of inactivity your package will accrue fees of 1 credit per month til depleted or used)

  •                                          Series packages do not include additional member benefits or discounted add-ons.

  •                            Membership and package credits are not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged for other services unless specified.

  •                                                         Availability is limited — we recommend booking your appointments in advance to secure your preferred time and therapist.

  •                               These terms are subject to change. The most current version will always be posted on our website.
